FOURWARD READINESS

Free program to prepare children for Kindergarten. Program is located at Forest Park Elementary School. A child must be four by December 1, 2011 to enroll. Parents or guardians need to meet qualifying factors for these programs. A copy of the child's immunization record, birth certificate, and proof of parent/guardian income for the past three months and/or 2010 income tax return is needed at the time of registration.
