Completed applications must be submitted in person to the school or Administrative Center located at 24685 Kelly Road, Eastpointe and will be accepted from November 23, 2014, until January 23, 2015. (District closed from 12/22/14 thru 1/2/15.)

FOURWARD READINESS

Free program to prepare children for Kindergarten. Program is located at Forest Park Elementary School. A child must be four by December 1, 2014 to enroll. Parents or guardians need to meet qualifying factors for these programs. A copy of the child's immunization record, birth certificate, and proof of parent/guardian income for the past three months and/or 2013 income tax return is needed at the time of registration.
