the community, the East Detroit Public Schools will provide all

Board Approves Deficit
Elimination Plan
The East Detroit Board of Education approved on February 4,
2010 a plan that will systematically return the district to financial

Notice:
February's meeting will be held on Wednesday,
February 10, 2010 at Kelly Middle School beginning at 6:00 p.m.
PPRT
meetings are held at 6:30 p.m., the first Wednesday of every
month in the Forest Park Elementary School Library, 18361 Forest,
Eastpointe (north of Stephens and east of Kelly Middle School).
Please join us in helping support our children and our schools!
We
believe that the East Detroit Public School District is an excellent

Our
children enjoy many positive experiences in our schools each
day and we want the citizens of
Eastpointe and Warren to discover what we already know.
