Jeannette Junior High serves approximately
820 students in the seventh, eighth, and ninth grades.
The Jeannette Junior High Community will provide all students with a positive learning environment in which they can become respectful, responsible, and productive citizens.
This spring, all Michigan public school students in grades 3-8 and 11 will take a new state summative assessment called M-STEP (Michigan Student Test of Educational Progress). This required test replaces MEAP, which has been in use since the 1969-70 school year. M-STEP is designed to measure student growth and progress on the Michigan Academic Standards
