Begin to develop an approach to a problem using reasoning, observations, data collection, and investigations to arrive at a solution.
I.1.E.3 Manipulate simple devices that aid observation and data collection.

Observe and collect data by using tools such as magnifying glasses, thermometers, and computers.
I.1.E.4 Use simple measurement devices to make measurements in scientific investigations
